We’ll not only match that price, but also take off an extra 10% on the difference, because getting the best sauna shouldn’t cost you extra.

Price Match Made Simple

Wondering if your sauna purchase qualifies for a price match? Here’s how it works:

1. Exact Match Needed – Only products that match in brand, model, and color qualify. It should be new, undamaged, and not refurbished or previously returned.
2. Available Now – We match prices from online retailers or local stores, as long as the product is in stock and shipping fees are included.

What’s Not Included (Basic Guidelines)

While we love giving you the best deal, some items and offers aren’t eligible for price matching. This includes custom or discontinued products, items sold by Marketplace vendors, flash or holiday sales, free-with-purchase deals, rebates, and even competitor pricing errors. Volume, wholesale, and financed purchases are also excluded.

To qualify, purchases must be made directly on our website or by phone at 925-566-6969. Sales tax is not included. Keep in mind, we may update exclusions as needed, but we’ll always make it easy for you to know what counts toward your price match.

How It Works

2. Spot a lower price elsewhere? Send us proof: a screenshot, invoice, or email, and we’ll handle the rest.
3. We’ll refund the difference, ensuring you get the most value from your purchase.

A Few Other Guidelines

• Some promotions, like rebates or buy-one-get-one offers, aren’t eligible.
• The competitor’s item must be in stock on their website and sold by an authorized online retailer.
• Auction sites, discount marketplaces, or special annual sales (like Black Friday) are excluded.
• Price matching covers the product and shipping cost, but not sales tax.
• We reserve the right to review each request to ensure fairness and accuracy.
