Smooth Ordering & Flexible Cancellation
How We Process Orders
We work quickly to get your sauna essentials on the way! Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, based on what’s currently in stock.
If your item isn’t available for immediate shipping, we’ll keep you informed with the latest estimated delivery schedule.
Changing Your Mind? No Problem
You can cancel your order within 4 days of purchase at no cost, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
For cancellations requested after 4 days, a 3% fee helps cover handling and processing expenses.
After Your Order Ships
Once your package is on its way, it cannot be canceled, but you may still return it following our regular return and restocking rules.
When Manufacturing Takes a Little Longer
Backordered & Made-to-Order Items
Some of our sauna heaters and accessories are crafted in Europe and made to order, meaning extra wait times may apply. While we always share estimated lead times, production schedules can shift. If you’ve agreed to wait and later decide to cancel, a 3% cancellation fee will apply. Please note that all lead times are estimates and may change depending on the manufacturer’s schedule.
If You Decline a Delivery
Any shipment refused for reasons not related to damage or our error will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.

When Can You Return an Item?
Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they’re in original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Reach Out: Email us at info@saunaheaters.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack It Up: Safely pack your item in its original packaging and clearly include your RMA number.
- Send It Back: Either coordinate return shipping with us or ship directly to the address provided in your RMA instructions.
A Few Things to Remember
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Use a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance to protect your return.
- Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Refunds Made Simple
How Refunds Work
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it’s in unused, resellable condition, we’ll process your refund promptly:
- Refund Amount: Item cost, minus a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
Why the Restocking Fee?
The restocking fee covers costs such as initial shipping, payment processing, and repackaging.
Final Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Special Cases & Exceptions
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just follow the shipping damage procedures in our Shipping Policy.
For warranty-related issues, we’ll help resolve the problem or secure a replacement from the manufacturer.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
- Custom Products: Items made or customized to your specifications, such as custom saunas, sauna kits, or panels requiring your approval.
- Replacement Parts: Returns are not accepted for individual parts.
- Sauna Wood: Wood products used in saunas cannot be returned.

Handling Pricing Errors
If a pricing error occurs due to a typo, system issue, or supplier oversight, we may:
- Cancel the order and notify you, or
- Allow you to purchase the item at the correct price.
Price Adjustments
If the correct price is lower than listed, we’ll adjust it and process your order at the lower amount.
Availability
We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item becomes unavailable.
