From clear updates to dependable delivery, our goal is to make your journey from our store to your home smooth, worry-free, and even a little fun. Here’s your ultimate guide to how we ship, what to expect, and how you can help ensure a flawless delivery.
Easy Shipping & Delivery
Free & Standard Shipping
We ship most sauna heaters and accessories free across the Continental USA, unless the product page says otherwise. Orders under $200 may have a small shipping fee.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada? Don’t sweat it! We provide custom shipping quotes for locations outside the Continental USA. Just drop us a line at info@saunaheaters.com.
How to Ensure a Smooth Freight Delivery
What We Need From You (The Consignee)
- An adult should be present to receive and sign for the order.
- Give us a heads-up about any tricky delivery spots like narrow driveways, low branches, or special access needs.
- Freight charges are based on ZIP code and don’t account for unexpected obstacles, so your cooperation helps prevent delays or extra fees.
Inspect & Confirm: Protect Your Sauna
Step 1: Count Every Item
Check that all items on your bill of lading are present. Even palletized shipments should match the exact count.
Step 2: Check for Visible Damage
- Look for dents, scratches, punctures, or crushed areas.
- Document any damage clearly on the bill of lading (e.g., “Corner dented, puncture on side panel”).
- For serious damage, inspect contents with the driver present (if allowed).
- Snap photos of any damaged boxes or items before unpacking further.
Step 3: Sign the Bill of Lading
- No visible damage? Sign as “OK until further inspection.”
- See damage? Document, sign, and make sure the driver signs too.
When You Need to Refuse a Shipment
If your shipment arrives severely damaged or unusable, you may refuse part or all of it, but contact us first.
- Refused shipments due to documented damage are returned at no cost to you, as long as proper procedures are followed.
Damage Claims Made Simple
Visible Damage: Must be noted on the bill of lading at delivery to ensure the carrier honors the claim.
Hidden Damage: If you discover damage after delivery, contact us within 24 hours and keep all packaging for inspection.
- We’ll help with claims if shipped via our standard carriers.
- If you chose a different carrier, filing the claim is your responsibility.
Important: Never return damaged items without authorization. Unauthorized returns may result in extra charges or delays.
Missing Items? Act Fast!
You have 7 calendar days from delivery to inspect your order and report missing items. Check all components listed on your invoice.
- Items not reported within 7 days cannot be replaced or refunded.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Fast & Efficient Order Handling
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped based on availability. If an item isn’t immediately ready, we’ll update you with a revised delivery timeline.
Canceling Your Order
- Cancel within 4 days at no cost if the item hasn’t shipped.
- Cancel after 4 days? A small 3% fee applies.
- Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can return the item via our standard return process.
Manufacturer Delays & Backorders
Some items, particularly custom or imported products, may be backordered. These delays are outside our control, and all lead times are estimates.
- If you wait for a backordered item but later cancel, the 3% cancellation fee applies.
- Lead times may change, but we’ll always keep you updated!
