We installed the Scandia 80K BTU gas heater in our wellness spa and it’s been a great addition. It heats our 1600 cubic foot space with ease, and the 8-gallon water capacity lets us create a steam-like experience pretty quickly. Our customers have definitely noticed the difference in heat quality. Ryan was also very helpful in guiding us on natural gas vs. propane. Overall, it feels like a solid, well-built heater that should last for years.
After years of using electric heaters, switching to this Scandia 80K BTU gas unit has been a huge upgrade. The difference was noticeable right away. It heats our 1500 cubic foot sauna evenly and much more thoroughly, and the flame gives it that authentic sauna feel we were missing before. The 321 stainless steel also feels really durable, especially in a high-moisture setup like this. Not having to deal with replacing heating elements anymore is a big plus. Easily one of the best upgrades we’ve made.
