The ordered item will be shipped on a pallet via a freight carrier. Freight shipments are generally delivered curbside and require an adult to be present for receipt and signature. Please review your product listing for any specific delivery requirements.

SaunaHeaters.com offers a cancellation policy designed to provide flexibility while accounting for order processing and shipping requirements. Eligible orders can be canceled within 4 days at no cost, provided the item has not shipped.

How Can I Track My Order? 

After completing your purchase, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. 

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped. During processing, product availability and fulfillment timelines will be confirmed with the manufacturer or supplier. If an item is backordered or delayed, our team will provide an update with the revised timeline.

Order Processing & Shipping Timelines 

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. In-stock Golden Designs saunas generally ship within 1–5 business days, although timing may vary by model, inventory availability, and fulfillment schedule.

Most sauna heaters and accessories ship free across the Continental USA, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Orders under $200 may incur a shipping fee. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada, contact info@saunaheaters.com for a custom shipping quote.

What to Do If My Sauna Arrives Damaged 

Inspect your Golden Designs sauna upon delivery before signing the bill of lading. Check for missing items or visible damage, note any issues on the delivery receipt, and take photos.

If the shipment is severely damaged, contact SaunaHeaters.com before refusing delivery. Report hidden damage within 24 hours and retain all packaging.

Contact us before returning damaged items. Our team can assist with claims for standard-carrier shipments.

Reporting Missing Items or Parts 

Customers have 7 calendar days from delivery to inspect their order and report missing items. Compare the delivered components with your invoice and shipping documents.

Items not reported within 7 calendar days of delivery cannot be replaced or refunded under the shipping policy. Please retain all packaging until your order has been verified as complete.

How to Cancel an Order Before Shipment 

You may cancel an eligible Golden Designs sauna order within 4 days at no cost, provided the item has not shipped. 

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available. However, please contact our team to confirm the product’s return eligibility under the applicable policy.

Cancellation Terms for Custom & Made-to-Order Saunas 

Some Golden Designs sauna models may be subject to manufacturer-specific fulfillment requirements or extended lead times. Custom, made-to-order, or backordered products may have different cancellation terms based on their order status. 

If you are considering canceling a custom or made-to-order product, contact SaunaHeaters.com as soon as possible. For backordered items, the standard 3% cancellation fee applies if you choose to cancel after waiting for the item.

Please confirm any product-specific cancellation restrictions with our team before placing your order.

Return Eligibility & Refund Process 

Return eligibility for Golden Designs saunas may depend on the product, manufacturer requirements, and order status. Shipped orders cannot be canceled; however, eligible products may be returned under the applicable policy. 

Before sending an item back, contact SaunaHeaters.com customer care to confirm return eligibility and obtain instructions. Return shipping, freight, handling, or other applicable charges may depend on the product and circumstances of the return.

Refunds for approved returns are subject to the applicable return policy and any required product inspection. Please obtain authorization before returning any product to avoid unnecessary charges or delays. A restocking fee of 10% will apply.
