Free Cancellations Before Shipping
Changed your mind? No problem. Cancel your order any time before it ships and pay nothing. No restocking fees, no return shipping, no hassle.

When will I know my order has shipped?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your card. After confirming availability, we process the payment and shipments typically leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days. If an item goes out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately and work with you on the next steps.
When will my order ship?
If it's in stock, your order leaves our warehouse within three business days. We'll email you tracking info within 24 hours of it shipping, using the email you gave us at checkout. If four business days go by and you still haven't heard anything from us, don't wait around. Shoot us an email at info@saunaheaters.com and we'll figure out what's going on. One thing to know: we only ship within the lower 48 states. That means no Alaska, no Hawaii, no Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, and nothing international.
What if my shipment is damaged?
Inspect the packaging when it arrives. If you see any damage, note it when signing for delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage along with your order number to info@saunaheaters.com. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
Cancellations on custom and made-to-order products
Custom and made-to-order products can't be canceled or refunded. The reason is simple: production starts the moment you place your order. Your unit gets built to your exact specs from scratch, so there's no inventory to put back on a shelf. What you do get is your warranty, which guarantees a fully functional, fully operational product. If anything's wrong with it when it arrives, we'll make it right.
Refunds & Returns
Exchanges are available. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. Not every order can be returned once shipped. We source directly from manufacturers, and when a manufacturer doesn’t allow returns, we can’t offer one either. This varies by brand and product, so contact us for specifics on your item.
Due to rising LTL/freight costs, outright returns are subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping. If you’re exchanging for another product, we may be able to help offset some of the cost depending on the item.
We reserve the right to withhold any refund or cancel any payment owed until we (a) receive the goods, (b) inspect them, and (c) determine at our discretion that they are free of damage.
