How will my order be delivered?

Your sauna will be delivered on a large pallet through LTL freight, with the driver placing it at the curb (curbside delivery). From there, you can carry the individual panels to your installation area, as most pieces can be carried by two people. You'll receive tracking updates throughout the shipment, along with a call in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time. In some cases, the driver may place the kit in a nearby garage at their discretion. Our team is dedicated to making sure your sauna arrives smoothly, on time, and without inconvenience.

Is the sauna delivered pre-assembled?

This sauna is shipped as a DIY kit. Most models can be assembled by two people in under a day, while larger units may require additional time. All kits come with detailed instructions for easy setup. Spacious and Comfortable

Lavishly designed for sauna splendor, the G11 features two large spaces and can accommodate family and friends. One half of the G11 is a sauna room featuring 2-tier benching for seating up to 8 bathers! The second, equal-sized room is a lounge and dressing room with additional seating and is separated from the sauna by a partition wall with a tempered glass door. Unlike any other backyard sauna kit, the G11’s charming organic design complements its surroundings and blends beautifully with nature.

The shrouded front terrace offers a table and benches for relaxing before or after your sauna. A second table on the terrace provides wood storage below for those who elect to use a wood-fired sauna stove. Large round windows on the door and wall allow natural light in, along with a rectangular window on the back of the dressing room.

Impressively robust construction

The G11 is engineered to withstand the harshest weather conditions and includes a full shingle kit with roll-on underlayment.

Beautifully illuminated

The optional lighting package includes a white exterior LED lighting sconce that mounts next to the front door to illuminate the entrance and terrace. This lighting system elegantly illuminates the interior with neon indirect white lighting behind and under the bench. LED valance lights adjust to your choice of white or infinite color and are mounted on each side of the partition wall to create a multi-sensory sauna experience. All lighting is dimmable and controlled by a single hand-held remote with a convenient wall mount.

When will I know my order has shipped?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your card. After confirming availability, we process the payment and shipments typically leave the warehouse within 3 business days. If an item goes out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately and work with you on the next steps.

What if my shipment is damaged?

Inspect the packaging when it arrives. If you see any damage, note it when signing for delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage along with your order number to . Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds & Returns

Exchanges are available. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. Not every order can be returned once shipped. We source directly from manufacturers, and when a manufacturer doesn’t allow returns, we can’t offer one either. This varies by brand and product, so contact us for specifics on your item.

Due to rising LTL/freight costs, outright returns are subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping. If you’re exchanging for another product, we may be able to help offset some of the cost depending on the item.

We reserve the right to withhold any refund or cancel any payment owed until we (a) receive the goods, (b) inspect them, and (c) determine at our discretion that they are free of damage. Pre-assembled convenience

G6 came pre-assembled which was a big deal for us, saved a ton of time. Fits 6 easily, great for family sessions. Traditional wood construction feels solid and looks good outside. Setup was basically just getting it in place. Good quality sauna, easy recommend if you want to skip the assembly process.

Compact DIY sauna

G2 is a solid entry level option, nothing fancy but well built. Fits 4 which is all we needed. DIY assembly was pretty straightforward, no major issues. Good starter sauna for the price.

Good sauna requires foundation

G4 is good quality, traditional design is exactly what we were looking for. One heads up though, foundation prep took longer then we anticipated. Had to level and prep a proper base before we could even start assembly which added time and cost. Once that was done the kit went together well. Fits 6 comfortably. Good value overall just factor in the site prep before you budget.
