Your sauna will be delivered on a large pallet through LTL freight, with the driver placing it at the curb (curbside delivery). From there, you can carry the individual panels to your installation area, as most pieces can be carried by two people. You'll receive tracking updates throughout the shipment, along with a call in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time. In some cases, the driver may place the kit in a nearby garage at their discretion. Our team is dedicated to making sure your sauna arrives smoothly, on time, and without inconvenience.

This sauna is shipped as a DIY kit. Most models can be assembled by two people in under a day, while larger units may require additional time. All kits come with detailed instructions for easy setup. When will I know my order has shipped?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your card. After confirming availability, we process the payment and shipments typically leave the warehouse within 3 business days. If an item goes out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately and work with you on the next steps.
What if my shipment is damaged?
Inspect the packaging when it arrives. If you see any damage, note it when signing for delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage along with your order number to . Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds & Returns
Exchanges are available. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. Not every order can be returned once shipped. We source directly from manufacturers, and when a manufacturer doesn’t allow returns, we can’t offer one either. This varies by brand and product, so contact us for specifics on your item.
Due to rising LTL/freight costs, outright returns are subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping. If you’re exchanging for another product, we may be able to help offset some of the cost depending on the item.
We reserve the right to withhold any refund or cancel any payment owed until we (a) receive the goods, (b) inspect them, and (c) determine at our discretion that they are free of damage. Refunds are issued within 5 business days 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.
