How will my order be delivered?

Your sauna will be delivered on a large pallet through LTL freight, with the driver placing it at the curb (curbside delivery). From there, you can carry the individual panels to your installation area, as most pieces can be carried by two people. You'll receive tracking updates throughout the shipment, along with a call in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time. In some cases, the driver may place the kit in a nearby garage at their discretion. Our team is dedicated to making sure your sauna arrives smoothly, on time, and without inconvenience.

Is the sauna delivered pre-assembled?

This sauna is shipped as a DIY kit. Most models can be assembled by two people in under a day, while larger units may require additional time. All kits come with detailed instructions for easy setup. The SaunaLife Garden Luxury-Series Model GL6 sauna cabin exhibits exceptional quality and attention to detail throughout. Its contemporary linear design is accentuated by contrasting exterior finishes and an integrated wrap-around eaves and porch, which create an inviting, set-back appearance. Expansive full front glass windows and side door bathe the environment in natural light and provide unobstructed outward views to further enhance the spaciousness of this luxurious environment.

Premium-Quality Materials

The exterior is constructed of exceptionally thick (1.57”) thermally treated spruce, which, in addition to enhancing the natural beauty of the wood grain, far outlasts conventional timber and is much more resistant to the effects of moisture, decay, and fungi. The front of the sauna boasts a full height, tempered bronze glass window and door for unobstructed views. The 2-tiered benching is satin-smooth, knot-free, and follows the contour of your body for maximum comfort.

Outside, the SaunaLife GL6 illuminates the porch and entry with recessed LED lights beneath the eaves to lead you safely to your sauna sanctuary. When will I know my order has shipped?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your card. After confirming availability, we process the payment and shipments typically leave the warehouse within 3 business days. If an item goes out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately and work with you on the next steps.

What if my shipment is damaged?

Inspect the packaging when it arrives. If you see any damage, note it when signing for delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage along with your order number to . Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds & Returns

Exchanges are available. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. Not every order can be returned once shipped. We source directly from manufacturers, and when a manufacturer doesn’t allow returns, we can’t offer one either. This varies by brand and product, so contact us for specifics on your item.

Due to rising LTL/freight costs, outright returns are subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping. If you’re exchanging for another product, we may be able to help offset some of the cost depending on the item.

We reserve the right to withhold any refund or cancel any payment owed until we (a) receive the goods, (b) inspect them, and (c) determine at our discretion that they are free of damage. Pre-assembled convenience

G6 came pre-assembled which was a big deal for us, saved a ton of time. Fits 6 easily, great for family sessions. Traditional wood construction feels solid and looks good outside. Setup was basically just getting it in place. Good quality sauna, easy recommend if you want to skip the assembly process.

Compact DIY sauna

G2 is a solid entry level option, nothing fancy but well built. Fits 4 which is all we needed. DIY assembly was pretty straightforward, no major issues. Good starter sauna for the price.

Good sauna requires foundation

G4 is good quality, traditional design is exactly what we were looking for. One heads up though, foundation prep took longer then we anticipated. Had to level and prep a proper base before we could even start assembly which added time and cost. Once that was done the kit went together well. Fits 6 comfortably. Good value overall just factor in the site prep before you budget.

G3 works great for our family of four, fits us perfectly. Assembly took a weekend but nothing too complicated. Good quality wood throughout, looks exactly like a traditional outdoor sauna should. Andy was really helpful through the whole process, good person to bounce questions off of. Good price point for what you get, satisfied with the purchase.
